Large Dry Body Brush
Large Dry Body Brush
Vegan bristle dry brush used for daily skin dry brushing to help exfoliate and improve blood circulation.
Benefits of Dry Brushing:
Boosts circulation: If you've noticed that your skin is red after dry brushing, it's not just a result of irritation, and it actually isn't a cause for concern. The redness, which is just a bit of inflammation, is the result of increased circulation in the areas you've been dry brushing. Your body is simply pushing more blood into those areas.
Aids with lymphatic drainage: Aside from leaving you with glowing skin, that dry brushing can encourage lymphatic drainage. All blood carries lymph fluid, which filters through the lymph nodes. Dry brushing speeds up the rate of blood pumping, which helps get the lymph through the body, therefore removing toxins and pathogens more quickly.
Exfoliates dead skin: As with all methods of exfoliating, dry brushing gets rid of the day's dirt and oil as well as dead skin cells. The result is increased cell turnover and more radiant, smooth skin.
Plumps the skin: Many swear their cellulite is less noticeable after dry brushing, due to the temporary plumping effect it has on the skin.
How to use:
Legs:
Starting at one of your feet, brush the lower leg in upward movements towards the knee, working from the inside of the leg to the outside, then the back of the leg.
Using the same method, work around the kneecap stroking up the thigh from the inside to the outside. Move around the back of the leg and up and over your bottom, then repeat for the other leg.
Stomach and Back:
For your stomach, brush down from the side of your waist, across to the center of your lower stomach several times – then repeat on the other side. Moving to your back, brush up the back from your bottom towards your shoulders as far as you can comfortably reach. Repeat for the other side.
Shoulders, bust and arms:
At your shoulders sweep down from the back of your neck across the shoulder blade and repeat on the opposite side.
When you reach your bust, starting at the base of your underarm, brush under the pectoral in a circular movement back towards your underarm. Repeat to the other breast.
From your arms, brush from the back of the hand upwards to the elbow then up to the shoulder. Bend your arm and place your hand on the opposite shoulder, then brush up the back of your upper arm. Repeat on the other arm to finish.
Taking 5 to 10 minutes to complete, shower to wash away any dead skin cells and impurities and follow with your choice of body moisturizer or lotion to replenish and hydrate the skin.
Do not use it on skin that is irritated or wounded.

For Plated Jewelry:
How to care for your plated jewlery to prevent tarnishing
1. KEEP IT DRY
The fastest way to tarnish your jewelry is by contact with moisture and liquids. This includes putting on lotions, washing your hands, perfume, and sweating with your jewels on. Even the oils on your skin can wear down the plating and metals over time - and this will again vary from person to person. Get your jewels wet by accident? Be sure to wipe and dry them off right away.
2. STORE IT PROPERLY
Because exposure to the simplest things like the moisture in the air can wear down your jewels, it's important to store them properly.
Take it up a level by storing your jewels in a plastic bag - but you'll want to make sure you get rid of as much air as possible before sealing it. With the air removed, the metal won't be able to oxidize from the air.
Super keen on keeping your favorite pieces in tip top shape? Get some 3M anti-tarnish strips. These super absorbent pieces of paper will basically suck all of the culprits in the surrounding air that will cause your jewelry to tarnish over time. Stick one in your jewelry drawer, jewelry box or storage pouch.
3. GIVE IT A BREAK
Treat your jewelry with love and care, and they'll keep up with you for a long time!
For cotton apparel or tote bags:
To prevent shrinking and wrinkling, always wash 100% cotton in cold water using a gentle cycle. And let the clothes dry naturally by hanging them on a clothing line outside or laying them down on a towel in the laundry room. Warm or hot water can melt fibers and dyes and also damage fabrics so please keep this in mind while taking care of your items!
For cotton hats:
Dampen a soft toothbrush or a cloth in warm water and gently rub it on spots that need a clean. Never machine wash as this will damage the brim of the hat.
